okbaj Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okbaj platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and okbaj. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the okbaj platform.

okbaj accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no fees charged by okbaj on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your okbaj account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact okbaj support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• okbaj reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.
• Deposits made using fraudulent or stolen payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• okbaj does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international bank transfers at this time.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

okbaj aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. okbaj does not charge withdrawal fees, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account identity verification is complete.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• okbaj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, okbaj reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether it has been wagered.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

okbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These terms take precedence over any general bonus terms set out in this document in the event of a conflict.

General bonus conditions that apply to all okbaj promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per player.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement on okbaj is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
